Had to wait 20-30 mins to check-in, and the front desk agent said it sometimes can take 2+ hours when busy. The check-in process was long, as they only have 3-4 staff at the front desk for the entire 700+ room hotel. We were just stopping quickly overnight on a road trip, so did not use any of the other facilities.
